Service in the restaurant was rude and the food came out cold. The TV didn't work properly. It kept turning off randomly and sometimes you couldn't choose a channel from the guide. The phone wasn't working. Went to the desk to check. Told not to use the preset buttons on the phone in the room as they didn't work but to dial the number. No one told me this. Wasn't written anywhere in the room. How would I know that and how would I know what numbers to press. Had to ring and ask twice for more toilet paper. Went to check into room at 4:30pm (well after normal check in time) and after a long haul flight and not having slept for 20 hours and told the room wasn't ready. It wasn't ready until 6:30pm. Booked a room with a view of Tower Bridge. Lovely. When I opened the curtains there was the majestic Tower Bridge. There were also workers right outside my window so obviously I couldn't keep the curtains open to enjoy my bridge view as the workers were able to see right into my room. Very disappointing stay especially the cost of the room.

If I could give this property 6 stars I would! The location is amazing! Roughly a 5-7 min walk from the train that connects many of London’s attractions. Very clean hotel and very nice staff. The view was amazing as well & was not too noisy at nighttime (with the tourists). I would 100% stay here again next time I’m in London.

The hotel is right next to tower bridge. The staff is always available if you have any questions. The rooms could use a bit of an update but otherwise clean and spacious

Comfortable staff

Very comfortable stay at the hotel. Yes the room and bathroom were a bit dated but the bed was super comfortable and the room clean. Got allocated a room with a river view which was lovely. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Nice bar area outside the hotel.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at; we checked in and the room was dirty and hot. We tried turning on the AC but it wouldn’t work so when we called front desk they said the AC system is broken for the whole building. For the whole duration of the stay we were burning in our room, the room did not even have a mini fridge to keep water cool. The hotel overall is pretty run down and definitely needs some renovation. Location is convenient, right by the Tower Bridge.

This hotel was the best choice and everything we needed. It was reasonably priced, extremelly well located, right next to the beautiful Tower Bridge over Thames and the Tower of London, very close to buses and underground transportation- the Tower Hill Station. It provided an excellent hot breakfast with personalized omelets, an English breakfast and cold cuts, fruits, pastries and good coffee. It also has a restaurant on site with outdoor seating and gorgeous views at dinner. The rooms are quiet and clean, with comfortable beds and great duvets, equipped with AC. The hotel replenishes daily bottles of water in the room, which we appreciated a lot. The entire staff was really nice and welcoming, but we would like to give special kudos to one special staff member who made our stay extra enjoyable: Narcisa Chirita, who went the extra mile to ensure that we had everything we need, and brightened our day with her greetings and pleasant conversation. Also, she saved us from missing our flight and having to pay for another flight overseas because of going to the airport with no passports. Soon after checkout, she contacted us to let us know that we had forgotten our passports, debit cards, insurance cards, driver's license and some cash in the safe. Had it not been for Narcisa, we would have experienced a really stressful and upsetting situation. So, again, many thanks, Narcisa Chirita! We appreciate your kind and thoughtful gesture! We will be visiting again!

The staff at the hotel are amazing. Unfortunately, the hotel is becoming older and needs updates. During or stay the fire alarm went off and needed maintaining. The stairway smells like garbage and the floor is cracked. Many of us are choosing the stairs for our health and that was not pleasant.
