Room was ok but very tired and needs a refurbishment. Bathroom had been cleaned but due to the age of the decor and shower etc didnt seem clean as it was so shabby. 2 of the 4 towels had black marks on them Work was being done in the room next door approx 8:20 and drilling so that wasnt ideal. Work had started outside the room externally both days at 8am, was noisey. Also the people doing the work were so close to our room on both days so had to keep the curtains closed. Not ideal. Foyer is nice. Conceirge were great.

Our room was ready early when we went to drop bags. Staff were friendly and warm. Impressed with the size of the room and the huge soft bed. We had a river/bridge view with our Standard Double which was a nice bonus. Went to Costa Coffee rather than having breakfast which was ideal. Would definitely stay again. Fantastic price, location and staff.
