The room we were first given was smaller than what we reserved. The manager ammended this after we asked. The rooms could use refurbishing. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful,easy to get around.

A kettle and tea in the room would be a must for us. A coffee machine that had parts missing was reported . We had two visits but still there was not a correction made. The bar put 13% on our wine bill ! Room fine great view but stayer beware !

The rooms are a bit dated and in need of a freshening up. But over all it was clean, well staffed and the location made it. The fantastic location and the cheap price we paid, made it a great stay over all. You get what you pay for

Room was spotless. The hotel has been freshened up in places and our room seemed to be part of that. Staff were friendly, especially the concierge service. The new check in service was efficient and staff were around to help if needed.

The location is our number one reason to choose this hotel, right next to tower bridge, tower castle, river bank, and 5-7 minute walk to the subway station. Uber service is very fast, normally within 5-8 minutes. Thanks to the location, you can take a river cruise right nearby, and you also can walk along the bank to get to other famous landmarks or even to the center of the city. The onsite restaurant offers plenty of options. There are also numerous eating places and groceries within the neighborhood. Hotel lobby is spacious and many seats for resting, also with a Starbucks onsite. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Two complimentary bottles of water on arrival. Drawbacks 1) A bit far from the Heathrow airport, about 1 hour drive w/o traffic, and 1 and 1/2 hour drive with traffic. 2) Hotel room is a bit outdated and small. 3) AC for heating not working, only with a portable heater for substitute. 4) No tea pot and tea bag/coffee offered in the room.
