We had a very nice stay at the tower hotel. We stayed for a week. The hotel was right next to the tower bridge and our room had a great view. It was also close to a Tesco which is a convenience store and a coffee shop. Our original room was a family room. The room had no air conditioning but the hotel staff switched us to another room the following night. To anyone looking to stay please keep in mind that the hotel roomsdoesn’t have an AC system, but an “air cooling” system which is not as strong as regular AC making it very hot in the summer.

Our room had Sheetrock screwed onto the bathtub. I mentioned it and they said they would look into it. I suggested that the manager would never put his mother in that room. Nothing good except the staff. Will never stay there again. Sad

Our room had no hot water to the sink. Staff did not respond to our request. The manager listened to us at the front desk but did nothing. The bed had not been changed. Linen was on the floor in the room and bathroom. The windows were filthy.

The staff were all lovely at evrry place in the hotel,cannot fault them at all. The rooms have definitely seen better days and were very dreary with outdated furniture. The floor in the bathroom had a chunk missing and our towels had a hole in them. The view was amazing though!

It was in the perfect location at the base of the Tower Bridge & across the street from London Tower. Close to Tower Hill underground station as well. Great walking also in the surrounding area.

Very safe and walkable. Easy to get to tube. Staff was nice. The hotel itself is clean and everything but I don’t think I’d stay in this area again. Breakfast was good but the coffee machine was broken on my last day. Not ideal.

Tower hotel needs renovation

Hotel rooms should be renovated. Dirty carpet, bad bathroom condition. Cleaning of the room was not OK. Good things about this hotel: location; comfortable bedding.

A convenient location for access to the City on foot or to destinations further afield by Underground and DLR. Busy during seasonal peaks but the hub-bub recedes as you reach your room with its view of Tower Bridge and the River or of the historic St Katherine’s Dock. A nice place to stay.
