Beautiful location near walkable paths and public transportation. The view of Tower bridge is breathtaking. Vue bar was amazing. The only complaint is the room was extremely cold. Requested a heater, which was delivered but the room was still drafty and freezing cold.

I am requesting a refund for several reasons. I spoke to the manager regarding the many issues that occurred throughout our stay and was told due to me booking through a third party they can not refund me for my stay or compensate me in any way. The room and hallways smelled extremely of cigarette smoke, to the point that for the remainder of my trip my clothes still smell of smoke) AND I was on a non smoking floor, only one of the electrical outlets had power even when attempted with the converters and we could not control the heat and the room was extremely and u bearable hot. We had to call and request 2 fans at 2am in order to even attempt to be comfortable to sleep. Lastly the drain in the tub/shower did not drain while showering. I will be contacting Expedia directly as well regarding the numerous issues because it is very frustrating that the manager was unable to take care of anything or compensate me for my stay due to the third-party booking. Besides the beautiful room with a view of the Tower Bridge i would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
