Location is the main attraction. The hotel needs serious updating and improvements. Room did not appear to have been renovated in 15 years and the normal wear and tear was evident.

This location was a surprising experience!! Right across from the tower bridge and if you looked just around the corner of the building, the Tower of London was right in reach. We were blown away by the view. Price was great for the location and the room decent and beds clean and comfortable. old vintage decor but clean and tight. Overall, I am definitely going back and recommending it to all my friends.

We had an absolute great time at The Tower Hotel, it sits on the Thames River adjacent to the Tower Bridge. Our room was river front with partial bridge view. We could have had a better view of bridge, if we had upgraded to the next level above in room type. Regardless, our room was extremely cozy, with all the amenities that we needed. They have heated floors in the bathroom, complimentary coffee and bar (sodas, water and beer) that was restocked every day. Great bar on the upper floor above the reception with great view of the Tower Bridge. We didn't opt in for the onsite breakfast, so no comment on that. Extremely walkable area with everything within 10 mins of us. Would definitely stay here again, without question.

Wouldn’t return. The staff were kind and helpful. However the room was not clean. There was a fair amount of visible mould in the bathroom. The walls throughout were scuffed heavily and the windows also dirty. We mentioned to staff but hotel was fully booked so they wouldn’t move us. They offered breakfast for our complaint.

The view from right outside the hotel is beautiful. Our room was clean but the bathroom was, for a lack of a better word, gross. There was a leak in our ceiling and at first we didn’t notice until we were using the the bathroom and being dripped on. Rust in the shower and up. Desperately needs upgrading.

Great location

Once again we enjoyed our stay at Tower hotel, although check-in person could have been more helpful. The location is excellent with plenty to do around you and access to underground and river transport close by. Be aware that the hotel is having work done and noise can be heard during the day.
