That were able to get us a room when the hotel we had booked for the night canceled our reservation due to the flooding in the area. We very appreciative of the quick and courtesy concern for our needs.

Food options were limited to pub style food from the bar however, breakfast was very good. Had like an omelette station and all the rest of it very good breakfast. The bed was OK. However, the room smelled of a dog in the front room suite area of it they came and sprayed, but the spray only lasted for a short while And the Flooring made my socks dirty. It’s was not clean.

Highly recommend!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. My room was super spacious. I even loved seeing my name on the tvs upon entering. Breakfast every morning and there were so many items to choose from, from made to order omelettes to french toast, pancakes, fruit, sausage, etc. Convenient location and easy access to the Interstate. Front Desk people were super friendly and welcoming. The only things I didn't like was that there was no hot tub (despite internet searches on this hotel saying there is one). My bathtub in my room also didn't hold water very well. And I also didn't like that the mini-fridge did not have a freezer in it. I don't know if it was just my room or all rooms are like that but I definitely needed one upon checking out to head home. Despite all that, I would still stay here again. And as a solo female traveler I felt safe in this hotel and I felt safe in the area.

Monday morning breakfast was lacking in hospitality and service. Little regard for guests who came near the closing time. Sorry to say, but it felt very rude. Understand there is a time allotted but shouldn't your guests come first? Also had a incident with a water leak in the ceiling of our room. A ceiling tile came down that could have caused an injury. By the appearance of mold and stains on the tile, this was not a new issue?? Kudos to the staff on Sunday for handling the issue with the flood waters! Very impressed with the way they assisted guests!! Awesome job!

10/10. I will stay here again.

The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly. I was able to check in on the Hilton app and use a digital key which made checking in super easy. The breakfast food was high quality, and my kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel was very full with hosting a wedding and numerous events being held at the same time in Milwaukee, but there was plenty of parking and the staff accommodated everyone graciously. I saw previous reviews about a/c not working in rooms, but ours worked great. It was triple digit heat index outside, but our room remained in the upper 60s the entire trip. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not Happy With The Service/Dirty Room

Dirty! Stayed 2 nights and nobody cleaned our room. Trash cans were overflowed we were given two towels but we have a room that sleeps six. The chair at the desk was falling apart and looks very unprofessional. I can't imagine that there's not a law that you don't have to have stairs that go from the first floor to the second floor very inconvenient for people who don't want to wait for a elevator. I don't know if we'll be going back and we didn't leave a tip. Also absolutely no conditioner in the shower.

Family getaway

We were in town for an 2 night stay with our 1 year old. The set up was great! We enjoyed that the bed was in a separate space from the "living room" so we could put our child to bed and not have to also call it a night. The staff was all wonderful and the whole place was very clean. We will definitely be back!

The heat/AC on the third floor was horrible. The living rm area offered no heat only AC. The bedroom had heat and it had to drift into the living rm area. Was told by management that the entire building floors 1-4 was constructed that way. How are they able to rent rooms in the winter with no heat in the living room.
