I don’t like giving a bad review. Maybe it was just my husband and I that were bothered. We are foster parents. We hardly ever get away and when we do we stay here. Customer service at counter was great. We walked into our room and the rolling chair was vinyl and was peeling off. I know it’s just a chair but to me it looked trashy. Then we go to happy hour. There was a party in the foyer part that had their own hors D oeuvres. We had one plate of fruit. The party goers kept coming over eating all our fruit so it disappeared quick. They typically always have sausage, cheese and crackers but I saw the hotel put that tray out for the party and skimped on the hotel guests. They could have put 2 cheese trays out, one for hotel guest and another for that party. Our room was freezing. My husband is always warm but he was cold also. He turned up the heat but it never went past 67. I’m wondering if they have a temperature that they lock the hotel guests at. I’m not sure. We were cold all the time. Then the shower. The curtain was ripped. It looked like a mouse was eating away at it. The rips were in various places. The shower was boiling hot water or freezing cold. There was no in between. Then for breakfast I always get oatmeal and brown sugar. I opened the brown sugar and it was solid as a rock. I couldn’t loosen it up at all. There was egg trays left on the breakfast buffet. It was hard to find a clean bowl. I was so disappointed. I hope things change

The hotel and room were fine, but the thermostat didn’t work right. Room stayed uncomfortably warm. We even tried shutting it off completely but still would kick out hot air. We had to crack a window just to cool off a bit but with it being only 10 degrees outside it would then get too cold quick. We told the front desk and they were of no help about it. get too cold.
