Wanted to charge me extra $75 to check in at 3:15 when the email the hotel sent me said check in time was 3:00. The front desk girl said “oh we just changed our policy!” I paid $340/nite for corner suite and the tv didn’t work, like at all!! Engineer came in said he couldn’t fix it, and we were offered no compensation of any kind. Very poorly operated hotel, no sign of a manger the entire 3 days we were there last weekend. The valet was a nightmare as well.

Great room as always. Food just doesn't cut it anymore. Been staying at iron horse for years. When there is a private event, everyone else is going to receive less than service. It's too bad.

Beautiful area. Beautiful hotel. Our room with a single king bed is not family friendly fyi. Glass shower walls so you can see through from the bed. Which is fine for couples but not with kids.

I’ve stayed here a lot, and it’s typically one of my favorite hotels. However, on this trip, I checked in and the room had a terrible smell of mildew. I immediately called the front desk and they said there was no other rooms to switch me to and all they could do is send someone up to spray the room. We were in a hurry to get to an event so I had to just say OK. We came back and they had never sprayed the room… got in bed in the mattress smelled worse than the room. Fortunately it was a double queen, and we could switch to the other bed, but it was one of the most disgusting rooms I’ve ever been in and they offered no solution and didn’t seem to care

Walking in the place has a real warm feel. The folks that greeted me at the front desk were genuine, warm, and very kind. You can tell they love their work place. Customer Service was amazing!!! I had my dog and they had so many wonderful amenities for her from bowls, treats, a name board, a plush squeaky toy, and best of all a pink bandana! Spoiled rotten as was I. The food was good. The room was very clean and decorated beautifully. I loved the two days I stayed there and highly recommend it!

The staff right away were extremely welcoming. They went out of their way to help with local entertainment. The room was an incredible corner king room that had wonderful views of the city. We will definitely be making more trips back for more local attractions.
