Bedroom and lounge is spacious. Bathroom is good. But the chair in the dining table is full of stained. I love the area where the hotel is and the small garden but the only problem I have is that the bedroom is smells moldy. The pillow and bedsheet ( doner/dina cover ) is mouldy smell and because of that I couldn’t sleep on the first night, my eyes was teary/crying and runny blocked nose. Second night I sleep in the couch and used the towel as my blanket and I slept better

Room was very roomy. Bed and pillows were amazing … we even googled ere to buy the pillows they were that good . No cutlery in the room which was the only annoyance . Within 15 minute walking distance to the main area of cairns . Lovely walk along the boardwalk . Very close to airport to can hear the planes . Easy parking . Thought it was great .

The room was spacious. They placed us in a lower floor beside the elevator shaft. Try having a good night's sleep with that! They had clean towels and bedsheets. Lots of hot water in the shower. Plumbing in the bath sink leaked. There were no wash cloths though. Breakfast could be better. The fruits weren't ripe. Coffee was okay. Same food was served both days during our stay. Scrambled eggs weren't great. Watery. Came from like a powdered form. Yuck. Ham was cooked to shoe leather level of tenderness. LOL. Coffee was okay. Ambience was made of plastic flower arrangements that looked so out of place in a tropical location. Go have breakfast somewhere else! There's lots of good breakfast places in town so opt out of the breakfast service.

This is a lovely comfy hotel. My room had a baloney and great view of the ocean. The pool is huge and, like the rest of the hotel, very clean. The staff are polite and go out of their way to be helpful.
