Be notified: if come to Boston during spring or fall season, when the temperature fluctuates 10 Celsius degrees per day, this hotel may not be your first choice. They can only turn on AC or heat, one for the whole week. You might fell chill or freeze at night but no way to warm up. The bathtub reduces the height tremendously, not a good place to shower for people over 6”4’. The breakfast is packaged muffin, orange juice and coffee, at the small table at the entrance. Definitely not related to the comments in google map or any other apps as “top-rated breakfast”. Taking this hotel as a backup plan or if you cares for the budget.

The staff is always super friendly. The hotel is very clean. We love the convenience of this hotel being connected to the convention center but also the mall.

We had an amazing time as always. The room was clean and spacious. The pool is beautiful. The staff was amazing, super helpful and gave us great ideas for local activities!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Boston Back Bay. The location is excellent—very close to Newbury Street, Fenway Park, and the Prudential Center, which made it easy to explore the city. The customer service was truly top notch. A special thank-you to Kayan, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It was my husband’s birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful room overlooking the river. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, and everything about the stay felt welcoming and relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

My toilet seat was broken, and it scratched my behind when I asked for some type discount due to this issue, they said they will contact me and never did.

Decent hotel although check in staff could have been more welcoming, we come from Northern Ireland so it’s pretty obvious we’re not local when we speak, so why push for a local address when it’s obvious we’re travelling. Good point is there is a sports bar across the parking lot that is amazing, well worth a trip in its own lol Rooms were spacious and clean although refurbishing was going on in the same corridor, I would have though they could’ve co rained the floor they were painting.
