Room was clean, staff was friendly and courteous, free breakfast was decent and typical. However, marijuana smell seeping under my door every night. Had to plug all around the door including the bottom where most of the smell was coming through with toilet paper. Hair on my towels; even the replacement ones....the same person's hair. Other than that, good stay for the money.

I love this hotel. It is not pretentious but clean and comfortable. I stay weekly when I come to town. The staff is always wonderful and the breakfast is far better than the chain hotels.

I'll start by saying my room was clean, and it was inexpensive for the area. The major drawbacks were the smell, in the lobby and hallways. It smelled really bad, I'm not even sure how to describe it. Also, you pay at check-in. I've never ever paid at check-in. It's usually you pre-pay or pay at checkout. Luckily the woman at the front desk let me go look at the room prior to paying. Some other things worth noting: -All exterior doors are unlocked 24/7 -No hand towels -No bath mat -No shower gel -No tissues -Lounge/Restaurant only open on game day (besides the daily free breakfast) -Never had the breakfast, went in one morning and was turned off by the general bad smell -Great location, you're basically across the street from Patriot Place/Gillette Stadium -Clean room The old adage stands, you get what you pay for.
