Easy location for staying close to the airport for our early morning international flight. Room was tiny, bath was tiny..but all was clean. Not many dining options and the staff was just ok. It served its purpose vs staying at the airport Sheraton which was way overpriced.

No complaints about the hotel or the staff, who were excellent. It's great as a 1 or 2 night stopover before moving on, with a frequent shuttle-bus service to the airport. But if you want to enjoy the nightlife of the city you'll be dependant on Frankfurt's expensive taxis because the nearest metro station is at the airport & the shuttle-bus service finishes around 23.00.

Needed to stay close to the airport and this was a reasonable option. The property looked a bit run down but the rooms were clean and sufficient. The parking situation was very frustrating as the payment system was not working and they charged an insane amount to park overnight.

Little things that added up to a mediocre stay - front desk staff with an attitude to educate guests, highly unstable internet connection that made it impossible to work, no milk for the (instant) coffee, and a $17 surcharge for the shuttle bus.

Great Location and the JU Bar!

I always stay at the Intercity whenever possible. Normally 50 or more room nights a year. Simply put: Value for money. Period. And the best bar on the Frankfurt Airport. Bonus: Harry is back behind the bar at the JU Pub. Put a smile on my face to see him again.

A nice affordable hotel. The staff was really friendly. My favorite part was the pub built in. The bartender was friendly and you can get pizza up until midnight. Perfect if you’re arriving late.
