Very specious, clean room with a lovely view of the Frankfurt skyline. Very close to the train station and walkable along the river to the centre and its Christmas Market

Friendly and helpful staff. There was an issue with one of the rooms that was outside of their control and they were very good at making up for the problem offering an extra days buffet breakfast.

This is a nice hotel. Staff were great, clean throughout. Location is about 4 blocks from the train station, 1/2 block to the river and walking bridge.many museums on the otherside of the river. You can walk to old town 20-30 min maybe or a short taxi.

Starting with the issues: The room was incredibly warm, heat was off, and 40F outside. Staff said only way to cool would be the window which has to remain locked. It became so unbearable we had to convince staff to come unlock the window at 2am, but they had to lock it back up 10 minutes later. It was unbearably hot again by 9am. If this is how it goes in the dead of winter I can only imagine the summer. Second issue, still not fixed from last year; the shower cannot maintain a constant temperature. Set exactly where you want it, it will start to go wildly cold to scalding hot at will. Its completley random and may surprise you with boiling water while youre incapacitated.. If they fixed theae two issues this would be the best stay in Frankfurt. The room is great, the breakfast is best Ive ever had and it is extremly modern, updated, and clean. But with these issues it is a no go for us anymore

I hate to leave bad reviews, but this was warrented. There was no hot water throughout the hotel, the fridge in the room didnt work, the room was in need of maintenance (mold in shower grout), and no phone to the front desk. The staff at the fromt desk however were great

Excellent stay in Frankfurt! What a well appointed, spacious room in a modern hotel. The bedding was extremely comfortable and it was walkable to Romerberg and restaurants. The staff are truly efficient and so helpful. Everyone from front desk and in the restaurant were so attentive, warm and accommodating. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

Fairly clean just a little bit dusty on some surfaces. Handy for the station which is a 6 mind walk away. Very quiet, blackout curtains and comfortable bed so had a good night's sleep. Good amount of English language TV channels too.
