Great property in the heart of the best neighborhood in Medellin. The staff was wonderful, attentive and like most Columbians that I met...lovely. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and healthy. The restaurant/bar in the lobby was a great starting point before heading out to explore the city.

Amazing property, amazing location. Highly highly recommend. My inconvenience was in my checking in, as a Platinum the staff never offered to me a gift cards that supposedly they have to do it, and no offered VIP upgrade. Anyway the room service had a problem with sheets (it was missed) and Jorge the manager gave me a discount for mini bar, and it was nice. Despite the inconvenience, I loved this place, and I would definitely return.

This hotel has a boutique vibe. The restaurants inside the hotel inclusive of the roof top bar are excellent. The hotel itself smells amazing. The cleanliness of the rooms, comfort of bed and toiletries for guests to use are top shelf. I highly recommend this hotel to any one. It is also especially safe for any single women to stay without worry.
