Cute and ok

If you want to check in before 4, FORGET IT. We had to wait in the car in the carport till the clock struck 4. After traveling, you just want to haul your items inside and get settled. The late check-in made for grumpy evening. The second bedroom is through the 'master'. So guests staying in the second bedroom must go through the master to use the restroom. This was not an issue for my husband, adult son and myself, but others may not like the setup.The description does make note that the property owner is in the front house. But it doesn't state you have no privacy in the yard, the owner is outside and walking his dog, or looking through the screened porch. Some guests may enjoy the company and want hear from the owner and talk about their travel, but my

Fantastic Place!

This was an amazing house! The beds were comfy, the shower was hot and the air was cold. We enjoyed all the amenities and especially the comfy blankets! Stay here if you get a chance.

Disappointed

The toilet didn’t flush, so I was the added plumber. You could only reheat food in the microwave. Don’t stay here if you want to cook your own meals. The bathroom door was difficult to shut because it was not put on a track so it did not stay shut. I will not stay here again. This caused added stress to a vacation that was sorely needed. Loss of time & money!

Lovely visit

This was a quiet and restful stay in a very cleverly decorated and furnished guesthouse. We had everything we needed in a cute and clean environment with an amazing patio. Everything worked except the Wi-Fi password.

The property was comfortable inside and out. The yard was supplied with outside furniture and shaded by an over-hang. We would be happy to book again. The main street has plenty of restaurants and shops to visit if you want to use them.

Great location

Very good communication. When we couldn’t find tv remote , they sent someone immediately! The remotes were hidden in what looked like a book on the coffee table! Lol. Easy to get a private driver to the wineries since there is no Uber or Lyft. Would definitely stay there again!

We had the best time! The unit was everything that they stated it would be. Clean and Comfy! With being 3 girls on the town, we only had one issue......we needed a couple more hanging mirrors when getting dressed and ready. But we made due and it didn't upset us at all....just a suggestion!

Perfect Fredericksburg charm!

The backyard was so lovely to have coffee in before an easy 10 minute walk downtown to shops & restaurants. The Airbnb had updated amenities while maintaining an eclectic charm with the decor. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. At the time of my reservation, the listing didn’t show it, but there is a second bedroom with two more single beds (in addition to bedroom #1 with a full (or queen?) Bed and a single). We would definitely stay at Evie’s again! The wifi and a/c worked well.

Cute and comfortable

This place was perfect. We were in town to visit family, but with an infant we needed our own place to stay so that his sleep schedule didn't interrupt everyone else's time together. The place was so cute and comfortable. They even had a toy box of fun toys for my little! The only down fall was if there was internet, we weren't given how to access it. Overall, this was a great place to stay and I would definitely come back!

Great Little Guest House

We had a great time staying at Evie’s Hideaway! It was the perfect size for my wife and I and our dog. The covered carport was fantastic, as it rained almost all weekend, and it gave us a place to be outside without getting wet. The inside of the house was great! The kitchenette gave opportunity to be creative on the grill! We made breakfast both mornings we were there and also 1 dinner. It was fun to cook eggs and bacon on the grill and do something a little different! The unit did have a couple of lightbulbs out and the grill seems to be at the end of it’s life, however everything was in working order. Would stay there again if we go back down. Definitely a great choice!
