The room, hotel cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast as expected. Nothing over the top but we were going to use the skiing resort. I understood the pipe busting above the Jacuzzi and pool making those unable to use. The electricity going out for most of our stay- cold water and no heat. These things are out of their control and they were nice about it. However we really were looking forward to the hot tub. What really bothered me is that I was charged $18 out of the $25 deposit. Maybe bc I left 2 bowels in the sink? For not throwing a fit and being mature I got charged $18.

The room was very clean, the staff was pleasant. The breakfast was good! The only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star review was that the hot tub wasnt working when we stayed and i was definitely pouting because i was looking forward to that!

The sales manager I met with raved about the breakfast buffet being one of the best in Lehigh Valley. It fell very short of my expectations. Eggs were not real and were watery. The orange juice machine was empty, as well as the coffee carafe. The sausages were burnt and dry... I would not recommend my senior executives to stay here.

Every staff member we met was friendly and competent. The facilities show some minor to moderate wear (the elevator interior has seen better days, cosmetically), but it wasn’t an issue since everything (minus the hot tub) worked perfectly. Our room was huge for the price, and the breakfast was a great perk; while not fine dining, it was one of the best hotel continental breakfasts I've had. The hot tub was closed for repairs, which was a slight disappointment, but understandable since things break sometimes. Overall, it’s a very solid, well-maintained spot at a very good price.
