Only one small thing for improvement. I was up on the 3rd floor, but water did not get hot in the shower. Only luke warm. Wasn't sure if they might need to check the hot water heater to make sure it can handle the demands of the building.

Started with check in. Thought it was concerning that the front desk had a Plexiglass barrier. Non smoking but strong smoke smell in hallway. Room was musty smelling, bed was aweful, and furniture was scratched and chipped. We could hear everything in the room next to us all night.

The stay was good for the price, staff was friendly and professional, offering fast check in. Kitchenette is included. However, due to that lots of food smells noted in room from others cooking, lots of noise coming in the room, due to rooms not being sounds proof. Bed was hard, and not comfortable at all.

No ice machine. Walls are thin, so we heard footsteps easily. For price, not bad at all. Bring pillows, we only got two small ones. We used it just to sleep, so other than hearing everything, it was fine. Good hot water and pressure. Plenty of parking and there were food options nearby.

I was satisfied with my stay and would stay at this hotel again. The price was attractive. I had no use for the refrigerator, stove, or microwave. The TV had "no connection" which I reported to the front desk but nothing was done. I researched possible causes and was able to correct it myself.

The room is clean and the staff were pleasant. Not particularly welcoming for dogs a $50 is not a deposit according to the person who checked us in and then there was an additional surcharge for every day for the dog. I ended up being charged over $80 to be there with my dog for three nights . Not a good deal at all. Do not stay here unless you don’t mind all kinds of noise during the night and early morning hours. As I said, the inside of the hotel was clean they were no items that could be used in the kitchen, unless you bought them from the hotel or brought them from home. Expedia did not make that clear. The exterior of the hotel was sketchy. Cigarette butts and marijuana cigarette roaches in the driveway and parking lot and people working on cars in the parking lot. After spending the first night on a rock, hard bed in a very noisy section of the hotel. I told the staff I did not want to stay there any longer, and had hoped that they would come to understand my position and offer me a refund on the other two nights and the outrageous dog fee. I left my phone number with the gentleman at the front desk and he said he would have the general manager call I never heard from anyone. I’m very dissatisfied and I could not recommend this to anyone.

Was not able to do early check-in due to hotel being very busy. However, staff very friendly and once check in time came was prompt and efficient. Room clean and beds surprisingly soft. Plenty if parking and surrounding area partially residential which provided for quiet and calm environment. Very pleased for the value and proximity to Dorney park!
