Staff was friendly and helpful. Our request to have our room be next do our fellow travelers was honored in a prompt and courteous manner. The room and property were very clean and modern. Only problem was the king bed had a huge dip (more like a crater) on one side, making it impractical to sleep on that side. Too late and too tired to request a room change. We let them know at checkout of the problem. Not sure how this was not known. All in all, a very good stay and we highly recommend this location.

This is my first stay in a long time in a Holiday Inn. I will not be staying in one again. First of all, our beds were not made when we returned from being out. When I called, the hotel indicated they only do service Tuesdays and Fridays unless arranged. When I reserved the room, the description indicated "daily house keeping." Since when do we need to let the hotel know what they wrote in their description? We could clearly hear to foot steps from the floor above. While I can understand the sofa bed is not expected to be as comfortable as a regular bed, I never slept in such uncomfortable sofa bed where you can feel the springs.

Overnight stay between Kings Canyon and Sequoia national park visit. Location of the hotel was very good. Close to shopping and nearby places to eat. It was close to freeway, but did not hear any noise inside. Breakfast was simple but it did the job for the morning. Check in manager was very friendly.

We stayed for just one night, and it was a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Sequoia National Park in the future. It’s about a 50-minute drive to the park, but it doesn’t feel long because you can enjoy the beautiful views along the way. This area has many more restaurants to choose from than Three Rivers, and after a day at the park, I appreciate being able to end my day with a delicious meal.

This particular room had a door adjoining to the neighboring room, locked of course, but it was not sealed at the bottom and we heard EVERY WORD the people in the adjoining room spoke…all night long! Not quiet enough, otherwise great facility
