Clean room, location is right in front of the harbor. If on a cruise ,you can see the cruise port from the hotel. Walking distance to the night market. Many restaurants and shopping near hotel.

Friendly staff and nicely renovated bathroom. Great location with very convenient transportation. Lots of shops around, walking distance to quia few tourists sports; right across the harbor with excellent views if you have a sea-view room. Some lower level rooms' windows are about 1 foot away from the next building. Depends on which room you choose.

Don't expect luxury but for the price and location, this is a great choice. Mattress was definitely firm (!) but I had a great sleep.

Really comfortable stay at this hotel. From the outside, I was a bit worried that it looked old..but the inside is updated/renovated. The rooms were clean, great blackout curtains, cozy toilet, clean room, comfortable beddind. Includes breakfast and it was really good. Full on breakfast! The hotel is also very central. Really liked this hotel.

It is a few minutes walk from the south exit of the Keelung train station. Walk along the seaside, when you see the Harbor Plaza sign, cross the road via the zebra crossing and the hotel is around the corner. Overall it is a good stay and we have a king size bed which is comfortable. A few blocks away has lot of street food.
