Property is well located, but it is not well maintained. Few of more noticeable issues were: broken bath parts, leaky faucets, poorly renovated rooms ( paint was so poorly applied you can see old paint). Bed and chairs were "humid" for the lack of better term. Given proximity to the beach, these rooms should have been fitted with dehumidifiers. On the positive side- rooms are of a descent size and water had good pressure.

The hotel is super clean and room was as well. The only downside to this hotel is the breakfast. They only have waffles which had a weird taste, mufdins, two types of cereal and toast. We had to go out to eat for breakfast everyday because the selection is not very good at all. I know this is continental breakfast but there are other places way better. The pool is pretty small too but thats not such a big deal since the ocean is a quick 5 minute walk. All in all, this hotel is very clean and rooms are great for price.

Older hotel needs lots of updates and an exterminator. The staff was very nice but the place is just really worn down, it has great potential and a convenient location but we found a living roach in the bathroom, YUK! It shouldn't be priced at $200 per night, not even $100. Its just a very low budget motel.

My 1 year old found a vape that was left in the room we were staying in, he also used it. The hotel said that the head housekeeper had verified that nothing was left behind in the room which is obviously a lie. I will absolutely never stay there again and will tell everybody that is even remotely interested in staying there to not waste their time. The staff was generally very nice and tried to be understanding but it is absolutely ridiculous that something like this could happen. I am still absolutely furious that nothing was done about this. I will be calling to get a refund and potentially sue the place.

The hotel itself was good. The staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable, room was clean. The only issue we had was someone broke into our car in the parking lot overnight but luckily stole nothing.
