Room

The hotel was nice, clean and the complimentary breakfast was nice as well as the pool and hot tub. My only complaint would be the room we stayed in the front door was hard to open and the bathroom door it took a little but to get it to shut. Overall the room was nice but smaller than expected but I would stay again. All of the hotel employees we interacted with was very friendly.

It’s a must to go with a river side room. While you may not be on top of Gatlinburg's beautiful mountains, that river side rooms… you want Miss a thing! Plus you don’t have to drive anywhere unless you want to. Will be back!

The hotel was clean, convenient location to walk downtown. The room was a little small. We took our small dog which was nice but they put us on the 3rd floor which was not very convenient. No cleaning service (due to having our dog). They asked us to set our trash and towels outside our door by 10 am. We did our own housekeeping but they charge an additional fee for the pet.

Comfortable stay, convenient to everything

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was. Corners and crevices were clean. Housekeeping changed out the tow when we were gone ++. I loved how we were in the midst of everything and I didn’t have to drive my car until I was ready to go back home. Randelle was an absolute gem. She made sure I was taken care of. I extended my stay by one night and really enjoyed my time here. Breakfast was good and hot. I don’t remember the cafe attendant’s name but he was very nice and made sure everything was clean and well stocked. He even held conversation every morning and wished us well on our trip back home. I’m sorry I won’t see him when we leave. Definitely putting a pin in for a location to return to.

Convenient location close to attractions along the main strip of downtown Gatlinburg. The hotel has free parking which is nice considering parking in that area is expensive. Great breakfast and friendly staff. I'd definitely stay there again!

Location location location!

Location location location! Right in the heart of everything Gatlinburg! Easy walking distance to food, shops and moonshine! Definitely recommend the Park Grill for dinner. Right next door to it is their sister restaurant and brewery with live music! The hotel has a great breakfast and perfect place to sit outside at the end of the day to sip a little ‘shine and people watch right at the sidewalk.
