Very clean. Being a historic property it does have a musty smell. I was disappointed that there was no refrigerator. Beds were loud every time you moved. In saying this it is a historic property. I did love the balconies with rocking chairs. The outside is very pretty and well maintained. It is a charming hotel, you just have to give up something’s when staying in a historic hotel.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing every morning, it was right in the middle of town next to Sky Bridge so it was easy to get to different things why walking.

Neat old hotel. Very clean and helpful staff. Id stay here again but parking is very tight and if you go at the wrong time of day/season it will take you a long time because of the busy strip

Close to it all on the parkway. Music nightly compliments of the city of Gatlinburg which we really enjoyed. Pool was amazing and everything on the property was spotless.s. Breakfast is included and was ok. Downside- interior room was dated. Old furniture and set up awkwardly. New bathroom and carpet but rest of as very old. Would stay here again if we come back!
