The room was dated and stained. There is no way this facility should be listed as a 4* hotel. The carpet looked original to the day the place was built - I’m guessing sometime in the 80’s. The furniture was tattered and stained. The drawer fronts on the dresser were all misaligned and scratched.

Restrooms inside the hotel lobby and bathroom in the room were very clean. Staff is super helpful. You can find bilingual staff (English / Spanish). The hotel temperature is on point, keeping it warm during winter time. Breakfast at the restaurant is great, with variety and a made-to-order omelet station

This is an older hotel and our room was very clean and nice size with 2 king size beds. We had a beautiful view on the 14th floor. But, our mini fridge door was hanging on by one bracket and we did notify the front desk. The breakfast is very costly and definitely not free. We had to pay for parking which was 18.00 a day. I can understand charging that for guests that show up for the weddings and conventions this place hosts but I totally disagree charging your guests especially when this hotel does need upgrades and the price you pay to stay. It was nice to stay here this one time for New Year’s but we will not be back. Also they do not have complimentary coffee in the lobby like every other hotel does and when I asked the front desk employee she came back with an attitude and said “That’s what your coffee pot is for in your room”.

Fantastic hotel and location. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean room. Amazing views. My 9yo son loved the indoor pool area. So did Mom and I! It was super warm ans comfortable. Beds were great. It was awesome having a city view balcony. We did not eat at the hotel, but it looked good.

Room was a little tight for my wheelchair but all in all the room was great. The automatic door entering and exiting the room was a major surprise, every hotel should have this feature in their wheelchair accessible rooms.

The room was very dirty, with remnants of potato chips (like Ruffles) and the refrigerator and walls were stained with something that looked like chocolate milk. But what bothered me the most was the swimming pool, which was very, very cold, both the air and the water. We chose the hotel because of the pool, and my children only stayed in it for a very short time because of the cold, and the spa was also closed.

Stained wash cloths - restaurant not open and not posted that it would be closed, causing us to wait in lobby for a long time not knowing about closing - staff, except for manager on duty Luther, seemed to not care or didn’t want to be bothered. Out of complimentary cookies and never bothered to offer this info-balcony doors in room are not air tight causing very loud high pitched whistling noises through out the stay when the wind blew outside!

The room was clean with a great view and the hotel overall was nice. We loved being able to use the trollies rather than driving to downtown. The beds/pillows were sub-par and not that comfortable. The hotel food wasn't that good and very expensive.

Spotless room with great view. Crabtree & Evelyn products in room. Can't go wrong with the warm chocolate chip cookies and extremely helpful staff. Pool was relaxing. Have stayed here for over 40 years now and always have a great time.

There were dog hairs on furniture, floor was dirty in bathroom. Tub and sink was very clean bed slept good, furniture needs to be replaced very badly, not at all what you would except from a Hilton. I have stayed in motel 6 and had nicer decor. Your staff was excellent!
