What a great resort! Location was ideal, across the street from anakeesta & the aquarium. Plus walkable to all the shops. Nice outdoor covered patio to have a meal. Loved the upper pool with chairs in the water. Room was beautiful, huge bathroom, nice balconies. This resort has it all !

Our first of many stays here!

I booked this room as a birthday vacation for my mother, and it is such an impressive resort! A clean and relaxing place to stay! The staff is courteous and accommodating! The shower with three different shower heads was wonderful! Our private balcony overlooked the pool, sunbathing pools, Little Pigeon River, and part of Gatlinburg with mountains. We will be back!

I appreciated them allowing me to reschedule my arrival date without having to pay a fee. The room was clean, the bed was pretty comfortable (would have preferred a firmer mattress), the shower was very nice, and parking wasn’t too bad. I do wish that the rooms came with both coffee and tea bags instead of only coffee k-cups.
