The shuttle service was excellent , the drivers are friendly and very helpful. However the noise from the highway nearby to the hotel is somewhat bothersome! But the good thing is I was too tired and the bed is comfortable, so the experience was not too bad afterall!

Good place to stay before your flight out

I needed a room with AC close to the airport. The room was very comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was very handy both coming from the airport and going to it.

We didn’t like the room and especially the bathroom!! Also one of the female front desk staff was very rude and cold, however another female staff who took over for her was extremely polite, pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Basic hotel that serves it's purpose

My room was small and, while generally clean, left some cleanliness to be desired. Older hotel, nothing special. Bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi was fast, easy access to and from the airport. This hotel absolutely served my purpose for a one-night stay while working. Just don't expect anything but the basics.

Wrong info re: shuttle

We received an official email correspondence from the hotel prior to our arrival saying that their airport shuttle is a WHITE van, but after waiting for almost an hour, no such van showed up. We called the front desk multiple times, and one of those times we were again told to wait for a white shuttle. In the end, we spotted a gray/black van with the hotel name and finally made it to the hotel. When we checked in to the hotel and told the front desk staff about what happened they were not apologetic and dismissed the fact that the information provided by the hotel was incorrect. It definitely wasn't a nice welcoming after a long day of traveling.

We stayed one night before an early flight. Check in and checkout was smooth and easy, travels passes for Geneva were great and everything was clean. The room was really small , we had room for our one suitcase but two suitcases would have been tricky. Shuttle to the airport suites our needs too.

I ordered a salad and when it arrived I realised there was multiple greenfly and other insects on the salad. Maybe one misses is fine, but this was about 6 big insects all through the salad. When I told this to the waiter he tried to tell me it was normal and didn't take it away. Luckily his senior, a female waitress came by and she offered me a new one. I was pretty stunned by the first mans behaviour and it kind of tainted my experience over all.
