Great hotel

Brilliant location close to Armenian Street, Chew Jetty, 2 shopping malls and Komtar. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Found it easy to get around by Grab and only around 30 minutes away from the airport.

Good location, comfortable, clean

Matched the photos. Good location. Bathroom is newer/modern and clean. Air condition was good. Appreciated water bottle every day. There were cultural festivities in the lobby when we were leaving which was a nice touch.

Firstly, friendly and helpful staff who is good in English. The room is clean and comfy. Environment is great as it is walking distance to shopping centers, cafes and more importantly, local street food! Message place is also near by. But have to Googled just in case. I don't really need to travel far to experience Penang.

Room was small, but yet spacious enough for two twin beds. Bathroom was clean n updated, altho the lighting can improve as it was a little dark. Was surprised to find bath robes n umbrellas in the closet provided as well as bedroom slippers. Nice jacuzzi on the roof top, and breakfast there too
