Our room on the eighth floor was great with an amazing view of Bryant Park. The staff was super friendly and sweet to my young son who was so excited for his first trip to the city. The room was clean as well as the hotel which was great location with nice amenities. I will definitely be coming back here!

Fabulous location - walk to every major tourist section of NYC. Although in the heart of NYC, you walk in and feel safe and taken care of. Staff were so kind and helpful. Bar and Restaurant on floor 6 was a perfect getaway. We had three of us in the room with the pull out single sofa..perfect for a mom and two teens!
