The hotel staff is friendly and professional and the hotel is well kept and clean! However this hotel is located on route of a hill, unless you take a taxi it quite a bit of a hike to walk up from the nearest subway station. Other then that, great hotel! The decor of the building is super traditional and well kept!

Third part of our family vacation in South Korea and chose this place due to the amazing structure design and potential views of Busan. Property is on the older side, but interiors are well renovated. Opted out of breakfast options and it was extra charge. A lot of amenities required extra charges. Service was very good and counter offered foreign exchange with posted rates. The location is not for the elderly or hard of walking as it requires either steep stairs to get to location or a long ramp to sidewalk beside the street to get to its place.

The bedding had tears in it that they mended. There was stained blotches of blood on the sheets and comforters that looks like it can't be washed out. The carpet was smelly and was stained throughout and the upholstery was also super stained. The A/C was broken when we were there and the room registered at 89F and the fan can't keep it cool even with the window (cracked open, that's as far as it will open)

The room was very comfortable and the staff were efficient. The property is located at the top of a hill, so if you're walking over from a station with luggage, just be aware of some incline and stairs :)

낡았습니다. 하지만 가성비 좋고 위치 좋습니다. 4박했는데 직원들은 거의 항상 무뚝뚝한 편이고 별로 웃지 않습니다. 체크인때는 룸키만 던져주고 엘리베이터를 어디서 타는지 조식은 어디서 먹는지 와이파이는 어떻게 하는지 이런 설명이 아예 없습니다. 식당은 깨끗하지만 친절도는 그냥 보통이고 음식맛도 그냥 그렇습니다. 가성비 좋고 위치 좋아서 다음에 또 묵을 의향 있습니다

We were upgraded to a larger room with two double beds. Our room was clean and plenty of space for our luggage. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our two night stay. Highly recommend.

do not stay during fall/winter unless you want to be cooked alive because they set the temperature to 28-29C in rooms. despite having an area with controls, it does not actually work. we complained almost 10 times, only then did they finally give us a different room with its own aircon but even that would randomly shut off.

Awesome hotel. Welcoming staff and a good location. Close to bus lines and a main subway. Not far from the international airport also. Very cheap, and great amenities in the hotel. Highly recommended!

The hotel from the outside looks amazing and the lobby and decor is beautiful. However, the smell reminds me of a musty old public library - not of a hotel. The room was spacious with a seating area but the carpet is stained and really needs a deep clean to bring out the color. The old smell still lingers. The airconditioning doesn't cool the room even after leaving it on for most of the day. I slept without the duvet blanket to keep me cool.

Convenient location, walking distance from Busan Station (if you have limited luggage). Ask for a high level room for spectacular views over the port city. Unique design; recently refurbished. Some Reception staff speak good English (less so in the dining rooms).
