I booked for a king sized bed and was given 2 double beds. I was told to call the next day for available rooms, I was charged to upgrade $30 more each day even though I booked a king. Although it was a busy weekend and I was told rooms were oversold, I expect to have the room interest and paid for.

Extremely ghetto and unsafe is an understatement. Also staff was downright rude. We actually ended up leaving and staying at another hotel on the strip even though we had already payed for a room here due to all the sex trafficking and gang members we encountered on our first night in.

It is clean and a great location. The restaurants in the Golden Nugget are great. Love Vic & Anthony’s and the Salt Grass restaurant. The Mexican restaurant is also great. The biggest negative is the self check in kiosk. It is a pain!!! Our party and others around us checking in this way were are frustrated with this process.

Extremely disappointed

1st room they gave us had sewage backing up from toilet even before we tried to use the restroom. The room on the backside was plugged. The 2nd room they asked us to relocate too didn’t have a shower handle from Monday thru Wednesday, when we were forced to have to switch rooms again. Horrible treatment of an 85 and 82 year old couple.
