Very helpful and accommodating staff. Very professional but at the same time friendly and welcoming. Must be a good place to work as the staff always smiling - particularly Rose Ann

Lovely hotel. Receptionist,Ria, was very efficient ,helpful ,polite and very friendly. She made us feel very welcome and answered all our questions about the area. Ria and the girls in the bar who served us not only looked after us but our wee dog was treated very well and given lots of love. The hotel is nice but the staff make it a place that we would definately return to.

Wonderful location with stunning views across the loch. Comfortable clean room, spacious. Good facilities. Excellent buffet breakfast.
