The first room smelled of heavy smoke so we got moved to a room with several dead bugs. We had 4 families staying at this hotel. They refused to reimburse any of us until they had an inspection done on Monday that magically was clear even though we have several pictures of the bugs. Disgusting!

The checkin and checkout was smooth and easy. The only sadness is the breakfast option when the waffler broke there wasnt much alternatives. Otherwise it is always a pleasant place to stay.

This room was purchased for our driver who will be working in Glenpool for a month and half. I bought this room because it was close to job site and had truck parking him. This was booked through Expedia and when our driver arrived to the hotel, he was told he had to put a cash deposit down. This was not stated upon booking. Ive never heard or had a hotel ask for a cash deposit before.

Clean and comfortable. I only had a problem with loud neighbors above us. But tgat is no faukt of tge establishment.

No complaints

Easy check in. Room inspection was ok. Clean. Older property but our room and the lobby fared well. Nothing that I felt needed addressed. We all felt like Princess and the Pea, though. Could not get comfortable on that bed. Breakfast was fine. Dont have a room on the end by stairs. Noisy.
