We booked a King Room thru Expedia. When we arrived we were given a Two Queen Bed Room and charged a King Rate. When asked the unhelpful attendant said that Expedia customers aren't as important as those who book through their website. They gave away our room we booked 46 days in advance. No discount or refund was offered or allowed. We will NEVER use Expedia again and book directly with the hotels.
