The room was dirty, not what it looked like in photos. Beds uncomfortable. Main bed two singles pushed together. Definitely won’t go back. Bad communication from reception on arrival.

You get what you pay for. The bed was very uncomfortable, very soft. The pillows were rock hard. The place would of been perfect for our short stay if only we could sleep!

This is one step above a hostel ..... just. Tiny rooms that desperately needing a deep clean. The hallways reak, we had rooms on 2 levels and both were the same horrid smell Room on level 2 was average but room on level 6 was horriable, beds barley made, bathroom falling apart. Bed hard as a rock and pushed against a wall with 1 pillow that was thinner then i thought possible Check in was in a different bulifing to where we stayed but wasnt told that by staff had to figure it out. Techinally did the job but Wont be be back

the room was terrible, dirty, and tiny with a unsafe spiral staircase to get to the toilet and bedroom. the lift was always full as the other lift wasnt working and it is also student accomodation. would not stay here again

Property was run down and I wished I had changed rooms earlier than after 2 nights as there were baby cockroaches coming up out of a hole in the floor near a pipe… the pool was clean but around it was dirty and old. My deluxe upgrade was much better though but views of rubbish out the back was disappointing

Very very very different rooms to what is shown on the picture. Booked deluxe family apartment but ended up with a room size of a compact box. The room was 1bedroom room made as 2bed and named as deluxe where there was no proper ventilation for air. On top of that, the cupboards were dirty and greasy when touched. The spoons, cups and all utensils were dirty not in a condition to use. Everything around there was greasy even the sponge was dirty. Paid for parking but another person asked for parking charge and when told it was paid and check the records he was rude. And ended up not updating the parking authority on the card. We had to call everytime for both entry and exit. Very very very inconvenient and cheap hotel to what was expected. So Much money for a piece of box. Stinky bed and towels and cockroaches. Finally after showing frustration they offered another apartment with double beds when we had booked for queen, this room stink of pee. We had to spray our perfumes to be able to stay in the living room.
