The hotel is our go to for this trip my daughter and I make each year, we loved the walking distance to beach and restaurants when we initially booked but what made this trip what it was…the staff. Every interaction was really lovely

The receptionist was informative and she answered all of my questions. The room is very nice and comfortable. The down fall is that the toilet could only flush once and then having to wait 20mins before the next person could use it. The shower/bath gets very slippery when wet, could invest in optional nonslip mats

I had a 10-night stay at Oaks. The location was great and quiet, but the place looks and feels dated. As a solo traveller, I find the pool area not catered to adults, as it's more set up for kids, which is disappointing. So if you have a young family, it would be a great place to stay.

Great location as everything is within walking distance. Staff customer service was mixed- from grumpy and couldn’t be bothered, to pleasant and helpful. Room was very run down with lots of patching on walls but not repainted, kitchen cupboard doors hanging off, bed had to be fixed sd it wad missing legs and generally unclean- used coffee pods in sink upon arrival. No milk in fridge at all for tea and coffee. Pool nice. It was costly per night and we would not recommend it due to the state of the apartment

Would have given the 5 stars across the board but one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because of the amazing pool on the property which was closed the duration of our stay. There was no mention of it when I booked it and we were not told at check in. I was really disappointed.
