Being Sunday there was 1 person at reception so no cleaning & room service was available & Carpets in rooms were stained/ sightly damaged & rooms smelled bad every time when opened door after coming from outside. Staff was very helpful & honest though in given circumstances

Everything was fine with the property and hotel but only issue is parking. Property charges $20/night for the parking and its not mentioned while booking the hotel.

Majority of staff were really nice and helpful but the duty manager on our arrival was a really nasty rude lady who wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say or ask for assistance. So disappointing to start our stay off on such a bad experience.
