Porta Pacifique 25 is a bright and spacious apartment, ideally located across from beautiful, peaceful Bilinga Beach.
Situated on the eighth floor, the renovated apartment offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including ensuite) and balcony with stunning panoramic ocean views. There’s also a swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens and half size tennis court.
The open plan living space features reverse cycle air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings and smart TV with Wi-Fi, plus access to the beachfront balcony. From here, you’ll get incredible panoramic views from Surfers Paradise in the North, to Point Danger in the South, plus lovely refreshing sea breezes!
The master bedroom comes with a king bed, TV and ensuite, while the second bedroom has 2 XL single beds. Both bedrooms, along with the living room have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped with sleek stone benches, quality appliances (including dishwasher and coffee pod machine) and plenty of bench and storage space.
The spacious main bathroom/ laundry offers shower, toilet and washing machine and dryer.
Porta Pacifique is a secure and well-maintained building offering a swimming pool, half-size tennis court, tropical gardens and secure basement parking for one car (2m height limit). There are also on-site 8-hour visitor car parks for guests to share.
