Stay was great! This is a gem in the heart of downtown Raleigh! Staff was amazing, valet was great, and the rooftop bar topped it off. The room was spacious and modern. I will definitely be staying here again.

Nice, new hotel. it was clean and inviting with a nice rooftop bar. In my opinion the 'free' breakfast was lacking.

The staff was very friendly and answered my questions and concerns. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast, and the Monday evening meal was also good.

My fifth year staying at the Sheraton and it keeps getting better. Yes, it may be an older builing that has "older building problems" but it still stands strong. Paid garage parking, hourly and daily rates do apply. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Jamal is one of the best there is. The rooms may not have mini fridges or microwaves to heat up your Jimmy V's leftovers, but I understand food so good is rarely in a takeout box. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud, There is ample outlets and plug-ins for all your chargers. Shower pressure is devine, for me it is perfect. The Shearton is a great place that has history around it and is close to everyday activities.
