Amazing stay!! 10/10 I live locally, but had never stayed at Hotel Deco in the 25 years I have lived close by!!! ... This hotel is amazing!! The staff is SO courteous & welcoming with incredible customer service Very accommodating Had breakfast & dinner at the Monarch & both meals were great!! Dinner just a little bit better (*the ribeye was a definite chefs kiss!!). The room was spacious, clean & perfect Bed comfortable Quiet hotel The ONLY downside was the outside noise, BUT its the Old Market, not much the hotel can do about it Def go next door & check out the speak easy, the "Wicked Rabbit" such a great atmosphere & experience!! You wont regret staying at Hotel Deco!!!

So I got there a little late about 930 and we decided to order dinner. 2 plates and 1 drink came out to $110 and they wouldn't even bring it to the room. They messed up the order and wouldn't do anything about it. Even the chicken that was on the plate which was supposed to be salmon was terrible and dry and cold. In the next morning woke up a little bit late and requested late check out and they gave me an extra 15 minutes. Was completely rushed out by the staff who told me that it was booked full the next day when I know it for a fact that it wasn't cuz I was being offered the same room again at a discount online. Overall terrible experience and my first time being at that hotel and I can't see why anybody would enjoy it other than the nice views of inner-city construction
