Property was average with exception to the A/C in the rooms which was miserably hot. Although very nice, staff couldn't do anything - I saw them giving a fan to one customer so this was a problem for others. We checked out (1) day early because we couldn't stand it anymore and they wouldn't refund us the (1) night. Wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is comfortable, but rather outdated. Very crowded on weekend. Housekeeping service is basic; they never made the bed during a one week stay! Very limited storage space. Not a good value for money, however, keep in mind that Sweden is expensive.

It was great, clean, great service and a nice venue for the event i also attended there. My obly downside is the iron is terrible!! It took me 45 mins to iron one shirt, this is poor

Good experience

Big and glitzy hotel, they seems to have everything under control given the size of the hotel and the number of rooms. Check in was easy (but busy) bars were also busy but didn’t have to wait long for service. Breakfast was again easy to navigate in such a busy environment.
