Hotel muito confortável, café da manhã muito bom com pães quentes, bolos, salgados, sucos e frutas. Obs: Para ir até o centro e bom pegar Uber. Da em torno de 6 a 9 reais cada corrida e chega em 5min. Se tiver disposto a ir andando também e possível, só que eu não fui. Pontos negativos: durante a noite, alguém ficava arrastando móveis e fazia muito barulho. Outra situação, o aquecedor do quarto eu não consegui regular na válvula mesmo 100% fechado ele ainda estava em funcionamento. Meu primeiro dia passei muito calor durante a noite, ventilador não funcionava e ar condicionado fazia um barulho ferrado. Para quem tem dúvida sobre o UBER, você consegue ir para todos os lugares tranquilamente. Voltaria a ficar no Hotel, com certeza.

Primeira noite ao amanhecer abri a janela a névoa que alcançava a copa das araucárias e penetrava na floresta foi SURREAL maravilhoso...foi a terceira vez em Gramado e não troco este hotel por nem um outro... quarto muito espaçoso e confortável café da manhã maravilhoso...equipe atenciosa...enfim fiquei 6 dias voltarei novamente e recomendo muito ...quarto 220 torre 2🙂‍↕️

O hotel é conforme o apresentado pelas fotos. Os quartos dispõem de uma micro cozinha com frigobar, microondas e pia. As camas são confortáveis, o chuveiro quente, ar condicionado frio e quente. Os atendentes foram cordiais. Não temos do que reclamar da nossa estadia. O hotel entrega o que apresenta. Café da manhã gostoso, tem bastante opções e atende perfeitamente.

Quarto, café da manhã e limpeza muito bons. Pessoal atencioso. Ponto negativo em nossa experiência: havia apenas dois atendentes no momento do check-in. Muitos carros estacionados na frente do hotel. Tive que guardar o carro na garagem e subir um lance de escadas com as malas, até chegar no elevador.
