Check in was fast & efficient. Room 101 was cold, heating was set on low & despite informing the front desk, took 2 days to resolve. Breakfast was amazing, staff lovely & variety offered outstanding. Overall a great stay, a few tweaks & it would have been a 10/10

Room was good quality, however poorly insulated from noise, music and neighbors could be heard as people went to bed. Breakfast was nice, cereals, Full Irish, decent baked good range, cold cuts and fresh fruit every morning, a little disappointed it was the same range every morning. Very convenient transport options, the green line tram is directly outside the hotel every twenty minutes or so going straight through Dublin North/South. Overall a decent experience but for the price paid not amazing.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton .. check in fast and courteous. Ate breakfast which had a good assorted buffet; we walked everywhere easily and used the elevated train to get to the football stadium

The Tram was right next to the Hotel which was super convenient. The food at the bar was Ok at best. The rooms were small and the AC kept switching off making the room stuffy at times. 7.5 out of 10.

Very disappointed!!!! The hotel was undergoing redevelopment and we were not advised prior to arrival, thus removing our opportunity to consider an alternative venue The staff advised that it was on the hotel website and I advised that we booked through a third party, so they should have ensured that we were had been advised prior to arrival They did not want to accommodate our concern (that was arriving at a Hilton Hotel with great expectations, and being deflated by what they were presenting) when raised and offered a token gesture of a drinks voucher Communication is key!!!! I note other Hotels.com and other booking platform users have noted the same concerns about this hotel Very POOR Hilton Hotels

Nice even though under renovation

The hotel was undergoing renovations, so I can't fault them for that. I am sure it will be lovely once completed. Despite the construction, it was still a really nice room and location. It wasn't too long of a walk to get to restaurants, so that was nice too.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The rooms were awesome as was the breakfast. The pub was great and had live music. Was walking distance to other pubs, restaurants and shopping. The tram was so accessible, just across the street, so easy to take you downtown. Would recommend this place to everyone

Property was under construction with the roof leaking at the main elevator. Was charged premium pricing but lacked basic amenities like an in room coffee maker. Some of the outlets in the room were broken. Was clean enough and the restaurant was fine but charging premium prices without offering basic room amenities found in the cheapest motel and while under construction is disappointing

Great location, not much more

This is a Hilton. It’s a nice hotel, but nothing special. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the location is great, but otherwise, it’s a standard hotel experience.
