Gorgeous hotel, spotless and comfortable. Perfectly located for all the tourist attractions. Few minute walk to public transport, across the road from Granada Cathedral and all the flamenco venues. Around the corner (literally) from the Arab quarter.

This place would have been PERFECT except for the fact you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the next room over. Someone gets up to use the toilet (in another room) and you can hear it, someone talks not that loud, and you can hear it. Not soundproofing the rooms is a cardinal sin for the hotel industry. Other than that, the hotel was perfect. Amazing location. Great staff. I probably would stay there again despite the noise. The location seems very hard to beat.

Great hotel in the center of Granada

Front desk service was incredible. So nice, helpful and accommodating. Rooms were on the small side and the building is very old. Sometimes the hotel shows its age. But the location and value are terrific. Probably skip the breakfast if you can.

Once we found the hotel (tricky to get there if driving) we thoroughly enjoyed the area. Dozens of restaurants close by and just a 20 minute uphill walk to the Alhambra. Beds and linen were good and the reception staff were helpful.

Location, Location, Location. The hotel was located in the heart of everything with the Granada cathedral just a two minute walk away. Due to the city driving rules for Granada, reaching the hotel with the car was a bit of a hassle (due to some road lane traffic limited to taxis and buses only) and we had to drive around loops a couple of times. The staff was excellent and gave us a lot of guidance with the attractions and dining options nearby. Parking in the city is expensive - but the hotel was able to get us discount coupons for 2 nights' garage parking offsite. The bathroom - even though clean, lacked ventilation which was a bit of a let down. However the rest of the hotel was very clean (even though a bit dated). The convenience with the location allowed us to explore Granada to a great level in only 2 days time.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Anacapri the only thing we found difficult was locating the hotel by car and there was no one there to valet our car so we had to locate the parking structure, the hotel guest are permitted to park in, which was not easy. it’s about €25 a day with discount and you need to walk back a few blocks to the hotel. Other than that we would recommend Hotel Anacapri.
