The customer service was excellent. The employees had little country flags on their nametags representing the languages they spoke, which was a nice touch. The person who checked us in gave some great sight-seeing and restaurant recommendations, including a map. The hotel was beautiful and smelled lovely. The room was great and very clean.

Great place to stay in Granada

This was a really nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was cleaned most excellently everyday; room service was on point; and the breakfast was great. The bathrooms were very nice and clean and the room itself was very comfortable.

This newer hotel had some of the best designed rooms I have seen in my travels. Every amenity had been thought of. They also served a great breakfast.

I liked the hotel location close to the train station and to the central area. I don’t like that their WiFi is not very efficient and also no accommodation to English speaking guests on their tv channels. I was in the room sick for a couple of days and I could not find any English channels to occupy me while in the room. Over all the hotel is nice and clean it would be much better with these adjustments. One last request is Expedia should have included breakfast in the rate we paid as other hotels had breakfast included it
