Location on Kangaroo point is great, easy transportation on Kitty Cat ferry or walk the new bridge to QUD. Quiet area in Brisbane.

The room itself was roomy and comfortable. however it stunk of dampness. The bathroom had obviously flooded at some pint and the odour of the room was dreadful. can't believe you would place a guest in there.

Moldy and smelly

The price was cheap, so I thought I’d try them out again. Before you even check in you’re spammed with 6 emails/messages from the hotel! Like major harassment! And it’s simple things that every hotel has eg we have a restaurant, pay for parking etc. The room I was staying in smelt even worse with mould and drain problems then the other rooms I’ve had before. Something major needs to go on in their bathrooms to remove the dangerous mould and clean their drains.

Good value for money

We received a great rate which made the accommodation excellent value for money. The standard room was much bigger than the typical modern hotel room. The location was very convenient and the double glazed windows held of most of the noise from the busy road. Unfortunately the stay was spoilt by the large number of emails we received starting immediately after booking. The attempted upselling cheapened the experience.

The place was a gem. Its close enough to the city yet you are not having to experience the congestion there. We were able to use the rooftop bar and watch the sunset. All staff were absolutely friendly. I had a parcel delivered there and they placed in my room. They use AI technology to answer most questions online. One small omission was no handtowels in bathroom- but no big deal. We had a 7 hour delay in our flight so could not experience too much of Brisbane, so we plan to come back so will definitely book here again.
