We were greeted most graciously and let into our room well before stated check in time. The room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the location was perfect for exploring Central downtown Granada and the hotel provided luggage storage while we explored on our checkout day. The hotel is centrally located; it is a short walk to Plaza Nuevo, the Cathedral and Alcaiceria. The breakfast was extensive: fresh fruit and juice, tortilla Espanola, ham, cheese, and even cava. The beds were comfortable.

The staff is amazing and the hotel rooms are spacious , clean and very comfortable. We experienced the country blackout event during our stay and the staff was very supporting and safe at all times !! Parking is very convenient. Highly recommended. The hotel was in an excellent location, moments from the Moroccan market & the Cathedral. There were lots of bars & restaurants close by. Our room overlooked a courtyard towards the rear of the hotel & was very quiet The bed was very hard which meant that I did not sleep very well. Welcoming staff, decent breakfast. There were no tea & coffee.making facilities in the room, though there was a minibar. It was my birthday while we were there & they delivered a plate of fruit to our room. I would rate this hotel as a good 3.5*, not a 4*.

It has a palatial feel. Everything's marble and ornate. It's conveniently located in the center of the city, and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It's close to many of the top attractions, but it's quiet. Getting to the parking garage is an adventure; you really have to follow their detailed instructions to have any hope of getting there. Rooms are quiet and well appointed, staff are friendly and all speak good English.

Sercotel needs to fit new soundproof windows.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the rooms, the staff and breakfast are excellent, as is the service and tapas in the bar in the evenings; however it gets very loud and rowdy at night with crowds of (probably students) making their way home between 11.00 pm and 4.30 am!!! The windows of the hotel do nothing to keep the noise out. So, if you don’t have earplugs, watch out!
