The front desk staff were really kind and welcoming. It offered a decent complimentary breakfast, and the room was clean and a good size. The only problem we had was with the WiFi connection, which kept dropping off.

Great value for family

Booked a night same day and was received by hospitable staff. Booked a double queen room. Plenty of room with a microwave and mini fridge. Showers are nice as well. Basic breakfast options. Great location as it is across the street from Walmart and easy access to the freeway Great value for those visiting Flagstaff.

During my 4 day 3 nights stay, remote controler for tv did not work. Front desk lady tried to fix it bit could not. I asked to be transfered to another room, they didn’t. I asked to get manager call back and he never called. For 3 nights mu room was never attended or even tovels vhanged

The rooms here have been renovated and provide a great value in a good location. The accommodations are clean and modern (built-in desk for laptop, etc.), while preserving a bit of old-school motel charm. It's not a resort, of course, but it offers pleasant lodging at a reasonable price.

The beds were so comfortable just like mine at home.The shower and toilet were updated and beautiful. I loved having soap & lotion dispensers at the sink and in the shower. The rooms were spacious with room to move around and places to store my stuff. Vinyl flooring vs carpet was a smart idea. The overnight staff was so friendly. Whereas, the morning staff scowled at our request that the night staff said was complementary. The Green Tree was the best budget place we've stayed at. Breakfast was the usual carb overload with waffles, toast, and cereal. No boiled eggs, but they provided a bagged hot breakfast that was enjoyed for lunch.
