Under renovation, which wasn’t shared until checking in. Offered cookies to aplogize. The man with longer hair was excellent, some other staff less friendly. While the renovation didn’t seem to be impactful, it came with noise, lifts in building mode and dust throughout the hotel

So close to the southern rim entance. Get gas before you leave williams the gas station up there if $4.99/gal. Beautiful hotel. Dinner is pricey at the hotel but worth it

We had a very enjoyable stay. The fire pits and back porch are a great place to hang out or, we hung out and played pool at the game room and bar. We had a great experience with the staff, especially Seth, who went waaay over the top with service and expectations. Great lace to stay !

It's a nice hotel, lodge like decor, comfortable furniture in the lobby. We looked forward to our second stay here. Unfortunately the fireplace in the lobby was not working while we were there which was disappointing as we were planing on spending the evening in front of the fire after a lovely but cold afternoon at the Grand Canyon.
