Room was good and clean. Galway’s were needing upkeep and the lobby was exceptionally warm. I put in a request to have the TV looked at. I was told someone to come to my room in 15 to 20 minutes. I did not have anyone come to the room to fix the TV.

This is a few levels above camping. Wifi was out (paper sign at the front desk, despite advertising a free wifi). Could be fixed in a day... but it wasn't. Manager on Duty sign gave the manager's name as: "Ramada" - Really? Lobby seemed unlcean. I was happy when I got to move on!

First we found out they have no elevator. They then said if we wanted a first floor room we would be in a pet room. We are not pet people so we had no choice but to take th second floor and hall our bags up the staircase. The room was a king but not that it fit. They had one of the thru wall AC units that blew right on the person next to it causing frostbite. The other person melted because the room was not insulated very well the ac would cycle on and of but between cycles the temp would climb very quickly so all night i went from freeze to melt. To say the leastit was not a pleasant experience. The breakfast was just a waffle machine and some muffins and bagels. The room that served it was so hot we just left and went down the street to Denny’s

The Deadbolt on our door flipped shut when we left our room and we couldn’t get into our room for nearly an hour. We had to wait in the lobby, where the air conditioner was broken, while the handyman had to come on site from far away. The room was clean, but very shabby. To top it off, I got bedbug bites from the pillows. This hotel just needs to be razed. It certainly didn’t deserve the rating it had on hotels.com!

Liked good location and breakfast. However, did not appreciate that the price increases when Special Olympics comes to town. We are parents supporting our "children" (many are adults who need our supervision) and already have alot of financial items we have to pay because they are disabled. Also, once again the pool was not open & was dirty.
