I stayed in a king bed / jetted tub room for about $185. Upon entering the room, noticed several holes in doors and walls. The windows were open, which I didn't mind as it was decent weather outside but there was no screen in one of the windows. There was a huge stain on the couch. The jetted tub seemed decent except the main water faucet was noticeably loose. Later on while in the tub I noticed a dark colored hair in the loose faucet. I don't have dark hair... The bedding, pillows, wash cloths and towels all smelled of oil/grease like they aren't properly cleaned which is pretty foil. That single ply sandpaper toilet paper isn't really too great either. There was a pretty huge spider on the ceiling above the hot tub. I've never stayed at a Best Western, so I don't know what to compare this to but I would absolutely never pay close to $185 for this cradle of filth. The girl at the front desk was super friendly and helpful,and even helped me print some concert tickets that I needed. She was probably the only decent thing about the place.

The property is in a poverty part of town. The room looked like it had new carpet however furniture was scuffed up. Bathroom tiles were loose. Phone did not work and staff did not know how to fix. Staff had to bring a remote for tv to room.

My first complaint is the hallway smelling like weed which I can't breathe in otherwise I risk having a seizure due to being allergic to THC. My second complaint is someone the day before our last day knocked on the door then tried to come into the room twice without saying anything and just ran off after the second attempt and scared my son who was in the living room part. Otherwise a pretty good stay, it was clean and comfortable.

Limited breakfast and no staff present during that time (6-9:30am). The rooms are dirty and there’s clearly a lack of maintaining them. All throughout, the hotel lack maintenance.

Was told at check in that breakfast was included and ended at 10am. I came down at 9:15am and I was told it ended at 9:30 which was not what I was told and it was now closed because they ran out of plates and cups. A complete inconvenience and my price included breakfast and I had to still go out and get my kids breakfast.

Good for cheerleading competition

Staff was friendly. Shrets were dirty so they immediately changed them. Manager used master key and just walked into our room by mistake. Breakfast was good and i get not having too much excess, but probably should put out more than a cup of scrambled eggs and four sausages at a time at 8am. Good place to stay if your away doing other things you're entire stay.
