This is probably the best hotel I’ve been to and I have been to over 100 hotels. The staff was phenomenal the fact that they cater to children as well as adults. They provide breakfast and dinner plus free drinks. My son and I couldn’t be more happy with our choice in hotels and we will definitely be staying here every time we’re in Grand Rapids from now on. Thank you for being awesome.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and the amenities were enjoyable. There appeared to be a few kids sports teams staying while we were there so it was very noisy and kids running up and down the hallways. Had one case of “ding ding ditch.” Overall experience was good but the rooms certainly are not soundproof so as a light sleeper it was a challenge a bit.

Swim time during holiday weekend

This hotel has drink tickets and a free dinner buffet and breakfast. My kids got to swim for hours. It's a big win for parents on a cold long weekend. There were many kids, so people without kiddos may want to avoid during a long, winter holiday weekend.
