I have stayed at this property three times over the last couple of years. The staff is always helpful and friendly and the property is clean, bright and well maintained. The rooms and bedding are comfy. The price is also excellant and the location is convenient to Westport and the Plaza. They have also treated my dog like a princess! A winner all the way around.

After getting into bed, my pajamas got wet from the sheets and mattress. When I pulled back the sheets, the mattress was soiled, stained, and wet! There was no mattress pad. It was disgusting. We were able to move rooms, but because I paid through Expedia, they couldn’t comp our room. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they had Mondays and Tuesdays off but I could email. I did, but have heard nothing back. I’m going to quit using Expedia because o can never get reimbursed when something goes wrong: canceled flights, wet mattresses, etc.

The hotel is clean and has a shuttle to the local shopping area with restaurants. The front desk lady who checked us in was lovely. However, we didn’t have hot water in the morning to shower before our early morning flight, and the ironing board was broken. We called the front desk to report this and ask for assistance. The lady who answered was very indifferent to our issues. She said that engineering wouldn’t be arriving until after 7 a.m. and that she would give us a discount on our parking.

Decent hotel

Decent hotel, cleanliness of the room could be better. The bathroom floor and baseboards were filthy. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and quiet. Hotel bar was nice, restaurant was ok, service wasn’t great.

Quick overnight stay

Check-in went smoothly. Did have to inquire about drink coupon we were issued, but they offered that up quickly, however just for one person not two. Garage parking available which was nice. Did have to have the parking tickets validated we obtained which didn’t take long to do upon check out. Room was clean and quiet. We did have to call maintenance as there was no hot water in our room. It was hit or miss after they checked our room but by the morning it was lukewarm. Location was great for what we were doing in KC.

Came here for Valentine's Day and to eat dinner however my girlfriend got sick so I tried to get the special Valentine's Day dinner to go to my room and they told me it was dine in only. I had to cancel my reservation and just eat cheese burgers. The order in room QR code for food turned out to be malicious code and my bank was charged $371 but luckily it was caught. Will absolutely not be scanning anything here, just print a menu it's not covid era anymore.
