Needs maintenance but great service.

Elevators sound like they have mechanical problems and the heating system was noisy and kept waking me up. It sounded like there was a windstorm outside. The mattress was not firm. But all of the employees were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good and on time.
