I was never able to get in contact with the property owner

I’ve never had an issue with Vrbo prior to my last booking. I booked a very nice property but was never able to actually check in. The owner never sent the check in information so I ended up being homeless for a few days, left in a scramble trying to find something else to book and without the money that was taken to book the property. It was a nightmare!
