The first room they gave us was still unc!ean. The second room was some better but we still had to ask for towels.. Also the room did not get cleaned even thou we requested maid service. The desk clerk the day we checked out was rude..

We knew we had the wrong place when we had trouble reaching it because of a "street takeover" at an adjacent property. When we checked in we where told not to stay there by a guy who was waiting at the front desk (should have listened but was to late to turn around). Confusion about my reservations, i wanted two rooms close together, which were confirmed verbally the day before. Rooms were dirty and in rough condition, one had a musty smell. I did not sleep well because of the noise and concern for my traveling party's safety. I travelled a lot for work and have stayed in so pretty shady/questionable places but this was one of worst. Certainly not a place to bring you family to stay at.

This was part of a trip for a staff member of mine. They wouldn't use the card on file for the deposit when she checked in and needed my card again, bed had bed bugs, and she had to check out at 1 am as the room was so bad.

My stay was less than enjoyable. My wife and i were very disappointed. There was a hole in the ceiling in the restroom over the shower area. The door wasn't very secure and the furniture was outdated.

First off concierge was not friendly. The whole place had an odor. It says no smoking yet the lobby, the halls, the rooms all smelt like cigarettes and incense. Next the bathroom was stocked with a half roll toilet paper and when I called for more he told me I was gonna be charged $10 for a new roll. Next the towels, they were stained brown and yellow and reeked of urine. I was charged $216 for a room I stayed in for one night that I tried to stay out of for as long as I could. On top of that there was no water in the pool. Had I known that I would have made different accommodations as I have children. And I checked out at 8am for the fact that my whole family woke up with a headache.

After checking in and getting to our rooms, my group of travelers and I discovered several concerns: bathroom doors (yes, pleural) that were falling apart and didn’t close properly, water dripping from the ceiling of the shower, water puddles in the bathroom floor, a bathroom that had not been cleaned (opened body wash and shampoo containers remained in the shower area and no toilet paper), dirty microwave, curtains falling off the hangers. These were issues I was aware of prior to checking with all travelers in our group. Those of us that had concerns about cleanliness or safety were allowed to move to a different room. It is an old building that is in need of a major overhaul, and an establishment that needs a more conscientious cleaning and maintenance staff. For $100 per night, it kept us off the streets.

1 star. DO NOT STAY HERE. Our room smelled of pee. There were pee stains on both beds. Blood stains and dirty black stains on the bedsheets. There was a blue stain on one of the blankets. Clearly, they did not wash the sheets and blankets from the previous guests that stayed there. My parents and I had trouble sleeping the first night, knowing we were sleeping on a dirty bed.

This hotel is dated . The lobby and carpet was not clean although our room was ok. The toilet seat was broken - literally falling off . It needs a good cleaning , some attention to decor and there were weeds everywhere. This was not a good value at all A smell of Indian cooking pervaded our hall . Breakfast was very poor and area dirty. Honestly - I would like at least half of our money refunded .

Walked into only one person at the front desk, if you could even call it that. There was a "you can buy" shelf of some canned soup. I got to my room, a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. The door had a lock with screws not even fully into the wall. 2 flat pillows to a queen bed, which was attached to another room, a dead bolt and a chair blocking it. I was there for less than an hour and left. My "neighbors" were cussing and yelling the whole time I was there.

Worst hotel I’ve been to and that says a lot.

My son was playing in the room and found a dirty needle. When I asked to have a different room they didn’t want to give us a different one until I told him there was no way my kids were staying in there. We wasn’t even in the room for five minutes.
