Very friendly staff perfectly located to walk anywhere you needed to go. Did take some Ubers out of the Broadway district to check out the city. We had a blast definitely would go back to the Hyatt.

The room was clean and we were able to check in 30 minutes early without issue. The hotel is really close to broadway and the country music hall of fame, we had no problem walking everywhere.

This will sound very Kareny…but the price of the hotel was not up to the stay quality. We got there at 6:30 and our room wasn’t ready. It was fine, but check-in was supposed to be at 4. The front desk worker was nice, but it was difficult to hear over the blaring wannabe singer in the lobby. The employee gave us drink vouchers to make up for the hassle with check in, but I’m not sure that they don’t give them out anyway. My chief complaint is having to pay for valet separately from the room. The guy was nice and I have no problem with him, but the sign said $65 for the night. But when I got the receipt and it was for $86.56. This didn’t include the tip the $10 tip (that ended up being $11.50 with fees) that I left online. I feel that was very misleading. Sirens were outside our rooms all night long. That’s out of their control. The walls were very thin to the point I heard neighboring room’s alarms going off. I would not stay here again for the cost per night as there are better options.
